Quality and value as guiding principles: Each of our holiday apartments in Merano is unique. Each one has its own history and character. We also wanted to emphasise this uniqueness during the renovation process.
Depending on the apartment, we used different natural materials and furniture, with attention to detail and respect for the history of the house.

The former sun veranda of the house.
The spacious apartment was once part of the living area of the Erlebach family of architects. The spacious south room makes up the living room.
It was built at the turn of the 20th century, when a glass veranda was replaced by masonry work. The south-facing balcony looks towards Brunnenplatz. The stucco ceiling and the historic tiled stove in the living area provide a very special flair.
The apartment has a bedroom with a free-standing bathtub and furniture from the original estate.

Unique apartment with an artistic claim.
The living area is the former house chapel, the stucco ceiling from 1716 is richly decorated with small angels and floral patterns. The large bedroom impresses with its beautiful baroque coffered wooden ceiling. In the centre of the ceiling, framed by a golden trim, is a wonderful replica of the famous image of the Virgin Mary by Lucas Cranach the Elder from Innsbruck Cathedral.
The apartment has a separate entrance area with wardrobe.

Dream apartment with its own sauna and roof terrace with WOW panorama.
The living area is located in the tower, the highest part of the house. The high windows are modelled on the battlements of the tower and open up views of the mountain peaks of the Texel Group and the beautiful sunrise over the Merano region. The original roof construction has been preserved, allowing unobstructed views of the roof truss at a height of several metres.
The apartment has a south-facing roof terrace with its own outdoor sauna and a view over the roofs of Maia Alta. A free-standing bathtub adorns the sleeping area.
Would you like another treat? A hidden chamber directly above the archway, accessible through a small door, forms an additional retreat or second bedroom.

Living comfort over several levels.
Living area and sleeping area are not spatially separated in this very special apartment. This special feature is made possible by the height of the room: The sloping roof with a reading area can be reached via a staircase. In another, raised area, there is a cuddly nest that offers an additional sleeping option. The extensive Rottenstein Castle and Rosenstein Castle estates can be seen from the loggia facing south-east.

Enjoying the panorama from the bathtub.
The light-flooded apartment is located at the very top in the gable of the roof. It is located directly above the great hall, three floors above the foundation walls, the oldest preserved area of the house. From the free-standing bathtub, which is positioned directly in front of a large south-facing window, you can enjoy the view over the roofs of the surrounding area. The large loggia offers a view of the mountain panorama of the Texel Group.
